There is a childhood game known as “simon says”. In this game we are watching “simon” and listening to what they say. Whatever “simon says” is what we have to do, and if we do something and simon doesn’t say then we are out. So, in life, are we watching other’s actions and deciding how we should act or are we listening to what they say. Sometimes watching someone and listening to them are two different things. Who are you watching and who are you listening? Remember follow no man further than he follows Christ. The “simon” in your life could be easily leading you astray instead of closer to God.
